Constructed in 2011, this home is designed as a great vacation getaway for family and friends. House is situated approximately two miles from the Holland State Park, and public boat launch .3 miles away. Enjoy Holland’s extensive bike paths, beautiful downtown with restaurants and shopping, bi weekly farmers market, beaches and friendly people. Home has custom cabinetry, granite countertops, large walk in tile shower in master bedroom with king bed on main floor. Upper level provides spacious great room, with a view of Lake Macatawa. Two bedrooms upstairs,one with a king bed and one with two full beds. Each bedroom has attached 1/2 bath with shared shower/tub.(jack and jill bath)
Large deck facing lake with grill and patio furniture for relaxing.

Summary: We loved our stay. The house is quite big with everything needed for a perfect time. The bedrooms are spacious and lots of room to hang out. We went to Saugatuk, Holland, Lake Michigan, and Grand Rapids. There are plenty of bikes to ride and a grill. I highly recommend staying here.

Summary: This home exceeded our expectations. It is a great setup for up to 8 people. The reservation and check in process with the owners was simple and efficient. Communication with the owners prior, during, and after our stay was excellent. The kitchen is well equipped and the large deck outdoor area across from Lake Macatawa added to our enjoyment and relaxation. The owners furnish multiple bicycles for all ages for riding on the nearby trails. The upstairs separate living area worked out great for our grandkids and their parents. We used the outside grill nightly and there is plenty of dining space for up to 8. The location is convenient to Halland State Park beach, Tunnel Park Beach, downtown Holland, and is within walking distance to restaurants (Reservoir was our favorite.). This is a great vacation home, the owners are great, and we look forward to our next stay.

Summary: Great house and owner! The design of this extremely roomy house was well thought out and planned for guests comfort. With three different groups it was great to spread out and have a separate a landing spot (laundry room/desk area/entryway )for all of our stuff (beach bags/phone chargers/purses/diaper bag). More closet space than you will ever need. All the bedrooms are huge as well as the living room and kitchen (which had everything you need). Even had a high chair and stroller for the toddlers. Super clean also! Close to everything. Great bike riding neighborhood. Checkout was super easy. It was more than perfect! Thank you Vicki!!!

Summary: Our stay was fantastic, and I recommend this rental to everyone. Clean, clean, clean which is a must for us. The home was well furnished and close to the beautiful lake. The neighborhood is wonderful and full of friendly people. There are well maintained parks all around the area. There is much to do in this great community!

Summary: Our family of 6 had a great time here- again! We actually rented this home 2 years ago and had a blast, so we figured we would give it another shot. Holland was a winter wonderland, and we skied (XC and downhill), sledded, hiked, snowshoed, explored the frozen coast- all within 25 minutes max from this home. Our kids all want to come back again!
