Three Kings Cabin was built in 2016 and is named for its 3 king size beds. It is a 3200sq ft custom built log home on 3 levels located in the heart of the White Mountains directly on a nature/snowmobile trail in Twin Mountain. Private access to snowmobile corridor 11 is assessible from the lower driveway. This access point is only for the 8 home owners in the development.
Our cabin is 5mi to Bretton Woods and 11 mi to Cannon ski areas. The property boasts 3 king size bedrooms, a lower level bedroom w/1 queen bed and twin bunks, plus an open loft area with 2 twin beds. Cabin has air conditioning and is perfect for 3 couples plus kids & is ideal for large family/friend gatherings. Dining area features a 10ft farmers table that can seat 12 plus additional seating for 4-6 in the kitchen breakfast nook.
Radiant heat in the basement ideal for those frosty nights. 3 smart TV's. Rustic, skip peel billiard pool table in 2nd level recreation room. Dramatic double sided, field stone fireplace in the grand room & kitchen. Plenty of closets and storage with 3 bedrooms, lower level bunk room, & loft. Elevated west exposure covered porches on two levels with local mountain views, beautiful sunsets and 100 ft farmer's porch. Plenty of parking with two driveways to accommodate trailers, sleds, and multiple vehicles.
Cabin features a grand fireplace living area, as well as an outdoor fire pit w/camp wood located at the top of the lower driveway. Gas grill & additional seating on covered porch facing a large, level grassy yard ideal for outdoor fun & games. Full size washer and dryer provided on downstairs level.
Location doesn't get any better! We are located 2.5 hrs from Boston in the heart of the White Mountains. It is a 7 minute drive to Bretton Woods Ski Resort & 15 minutes to Cannon Mountain. A 15 minute drive to the town of Bethlehem where you will find quaint shops, a small market, several restaurants and brewery. 25 minutes to the town of Littleton with many amenities including Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Walgreens, TJ Max, Shaws, diners and cafes & shops. Littleton has recently been named one of the most charming, thriving Main Streets in the US.
We are less than 35 minutes to Santa's Village, Clark's Trained Bears, Polar Caves, Storyland, Mount Washington Auto Rd; 15 minutes to the Flume Gorge; 20 minutes to Whale's Tale Waterpark; and 10 minutes to the world famous Omni Mount Washington Hotel, one of the last standing grand old wooden hotels in America. Snowboard, ski, flyfish, golf, swim, hike, hunt, mountain bike, snowmobile, or just enjoy the sites of this great New England Region.

Summary: We were a group of ten. 3’couples & 4 children, ages 11-12. Cabin was perfect for us all. 3 king beds & 2 bunks & double for the kids. The double sided fireplace kept the place cozy & the dinning table for 12 was perfect. Skiing at Bretton woods was fantastic. We would stay there again.

Summary: Wonderful and beautiful cabin, better than the pictures. Enough room for 10 of us and my 🐶🐶. The fire place was a plus! We went walking on the trail behind the cabin and then warmed up in the fire pit outside. The kitchen has all the utensils that I need it for my dinner. I can wait to rent again!!

Summary: This was the most comfortable family vacation we have yet to take with our five children and my parents. It’s always a challenge, finding comfortable sleeping arrangements to accommodate our children ages one to seven, King size bed for my husband and, And an additional bedroom for my parents. This house was perfect! The location was very convenient to Santa’s Village and local hikes, including the Flume Gorge. Summary: We arrived Thursday afternoon and just laid back for the weekend. Played pool, corn hole, built a fire in the backyard fire pit and just had a wonderful time with our family. The house was perfect for us. Everything we could need was provided. We had great time and wouldnt hesitate to go back!

Summary: This house is amazing inside and out! We spent more time relaxing at the house and eating in because it was so comfortable. Plenty of yard space for outdoor games and then kicking back with a cocktail on the wrap around deck, just enjoying the peace and serenity. The house was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. The communication with the host was outstanding and we can’t wait to go back.

Summary: Our stay wss DEFINITELY a 10, due in large part to the wonderful accommodations which enhanced our family time. Full family meals on a great table. Great rooms/beds for family units. Fantastic surroundings with rabbits, red squirrels, a deer, a large lawn for burning off the sugar from s'mores, a path to a body of water for "frogging," a large area with a central firepit, an overall terrific wilderness environment, and great hosts who accommodated us for all of our perceived needs.

Summary: This place blows you away even just as you drive up to it. It's perfect for large families/groups with all the sleeping arrangements that are possible. Having three showers was amazing as well for all of us (6 adults and 4 kids). The porch on the outside was lovely at night. We planned on using the fire pit in the back as well but never had a chance to, it's adorable how they have it set up though. The place was very clean, much cleaner than places we've rented in the past. I will say to maybe bring your own pillow if it's hard for you to get comfortable. We all weren't crazy about them but we all have specific needs for that - we might just be being picky. Some things to consider - two of the twin beds are in the loft area, which is not ideal for children who wake easily from loud parents down below LOL. The lower level is perfect for 3 or 4 kids (as long as they are old enough for the top bunk). There are so many different amenities such as a pool table, games, books, etc. The two dining areas came in handy as well. The host was very nice and extremely helpful with the tons of questions we had. She let us stay for a late check out too which was very much appreciated. We can't say enough great things about this place and will definitely look into renting it again next time we travel as a group. *When we put the address in our maps it took us to the wrong place, it is very close though. There's an inn right next to the street is on, so we used that address instead. :)
