4 Bedroom Cottage in Higgins Lake, Roscommon

Welcome Boaters, Vacationers, Hunters, Skiers, Relaxers & Snowmobilers!!!
4 bed 2 bath family cottage, 3 min walk to the beautiful Higgins Lake with community dock. newly redone fire pit, large yard, plenty of out door seating on the large deck, nice and quiet area. 6 mile drive to the Silver Dollar Bar and Grill. 5 mile drive to the public boat launch with plenty of parking. There is no boat mooring at the road end doc. Our place is not a party house, it for people to hang out and have fun. We ask that quiet time is 10 on week days and 11 on weekends. We have neighbors that have been there for along time and as our guests we ask that you to respect them. Public areas like the dock need to be repected and know that its used by many and many houses are around. Please refrain from using cursewords , there are kids around.

Summary: We had an amazing time in this very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is loaded with almost everything you need. We brought so much extra stuff we did not need, there is even a crockpot! Beds were very comfortable. The fenced deck is wonderful for the dogs and babies. This was such a great place to unwind and reconnect. Thank you!

Summary: Everything was great except the parking. Had a great time, we went ice fishing and just hung out in the cabin. The amenities were great, they had everything we needed. The parking is on a steep incline and is enough for about 4 vehicles. I'd suggest 4x4 for the winter. Overall great experience.

Summary: Even though we went in the off season we still a relaxing week. I would like revisit during late summer or early fall and bring up are boat. Had lots of fun with the granddaughter in the snow.

Summary: The cottage is lovely. Exactly as represented. Well-maintained, well-stocked. We were able to make Christmas cookies, go sledding and make s"mores outside in the snow. Located just a short drive to Hartwick Pines for winter hiking. Easy check-in, excellent communication with host.check-in, great communication.

Summary: I was looking for a place to get away for a few days, where my college friends and my High School friends could meet and relax. You place was great for us We are all in our 70's and had a great time. My Colege friends were from Texas and my High School friends are from the Thumb area of Michigan , I am in Midland ,Michian Were stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights. I would recommend this house.
