This cozy apartment is located on the Gran Via, next to Plaza España and the Fira of Barcelona.
Its location is excellent for those traveling for both business and pleasure, as from here you can move to the main attractions in few minutes.
You can visit the Plaza España, Castle of Montjuic, the Poble Espanyol, La Fira de Barcelona and many other places just taking a walk.
The Passeig de Gràcia, Las Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter and Plaça Catalunya are 25 minutes walk away or 10 minutes if you prefer to use the subway or bus.

Summary: Didn't match up to the listing. A lot of the fixtures and fittings are broken or in poor condition, including a broken light switch, a plug socket hanging off the wall, which is dangerous. Some window shutters didn't work. The shower cubicle is mouldy and full of thick limescale and the vanity unit is falling apart. The toilet was also constantly running which was noisy and wasting a lot of water, which is terrible given the drought in Barcelona. The walls had dirt marks and scuffs all over them. The flat hadn't been cleaned properly for a long time as there was dust and cobwebs everywhere and in the kitchen we found a stale half-eaten baguette in one of the cupboards. It seemed like all that had been done was a change of bedding The dishwasher was not working while we stayed here. There was no washing up liquid provided either. We contacted the host about this but didn't receive a response. The kitchen is also quite poorly equipped with no chopping knife, chopping board, wooden spoons or spatula etc. There is only one very large saucepan and two frying pans. The lack of equipment makes it hard to prepare even a basic meal such as sandwiches, which partly defeats the purpose of staying in a flat. On the plus side the flat is quite spacious and in a good location with bus stops very close by and the Metro station a ten minute walk away, although there is a lot of traffic noise In conclusion the property needs a significant amount of work doing to bring it up to standard.

Summary: Location was good for Barcelona activities. Apartment was the bare minimum of everything. Outdated. It worked out ok for a couple of days. Suggestions to improve would include working shades on the windows (not very private for other apartments directly across the street), a shower caddy for the extremely small shower (not even a place for a bar of soap) and better communication with owner or management company. We were uncertain on how to access the unit up to the very time we arrived at the apartment.

Summary: The vacation had same defects and was partly dirty. f.e. bathroom, dishwasher, no cutlery available. Vacation near bus stop, cafes, shops.

Summary: Wohnung sehr groß und geräumig für 4 Personen, Ausstattung im Gesamten sehr gut, relativ neues Bad. Für einen Städtetrip aber durchaus zu empfehlen.

Summary: My friends and I were looking for a flat to stay that was clean, central and affordable. Dani's place was exactly that and more. Great Place, exactly as shown in pictures and as described, location is near the metro and convenient to get around, there are many shops near the place and no lack of things to buy! Dani was very easy to get in touch with and made our move in quick and easy. We had a great time, thank you!

Summary: Great location and staff. Inga was there to meet us and show us around. With my luck the elevator was not working until I had carried the luggage up. Then it worked fine for the rest of the week. Very close to stores and restaurants which made life easier. On arrival one of the keys did not work,but an e mail to Dani and by noon the next day we had a new key. Good service. Dani evan organized a cab to tske us to the cruise port. Thanks.

Summary: Excellent location. Easy to access to public transportation. Supermarkets and small restaurants around, which made our life more convenient. Facility of the apartment is well maintained. We enjoyed staying there and would definitely come back!
