Summary: The apartment is fine, although the kitchen could use a little more equipment, for instance, a coffee maker and sharp knives. The bed in the back bedroom is very comfortable but it is at least 30 in above the floor and difficult to get into, even for a 6 ft tall man. A 5'4 woman would need a step stool to get into it. The major drawback is the sofa bed in the living room which isn't particularly comfortable but, moreover, your head is about 20 ft from the traffic passing by. Fortunately, the traffic dies down after 11:00 at night and doesn't pick up again until 6:00 or 7:00 in the morning. There is plenty of good hot water, lots of outlets, fine wi-fi, easy parking right beside the back door for unloading. The upstairs neighbor is very quiet. There are very few options for apartments in the Burlington area. 240 square ft hotel rooms in the area start at about $300 a night, so this isn't a bad choice if you don't intend to use the sofa bed and non 6 footers get a boost into the bed! It would be good if the host would provide a step stool for the bed. On our trip, we stayed in a wonderful, three bedroom, three bathroom house in campton, near the kankamagus highway and a two bedroom, three bathroom very large, deluxe apartment in killington, vermont. Both were about $200 a night for twice the place that this Burlington location is.

Summary: A nice clean place to stay at a central and convenient location. Walking distance to many places to eat. Huge yard for kids to run around. Will be back again.

Summary: The only complaint we have is the both the front and the back door were difficult to lock and unlock. They both need to be oiled and adjusted.

Summary: Apartment is close to UVM. My husband, our dog, and I stayed at the apartment while moving our daughter into the school. The apartment was clean, plenty of space, large yard and within walking distance of a few restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries which was all we needed.
