Mansfield Manor is located within the heart of Chittenden County, close to many amenities including Lake Champlain, Stowe Mtn Resort and Smugglers Notch. Your home away from home, situated in a rural setting within 5 minutes of the Essex Experience and 30 minutes to Church St Marketplace in Downtown Burlington.
Enjoy Vermont breweries, local restaurants, and genuine Vermont Maple products, or play a round of golf at the 18-hole golf course located next door to the property.
Please note the nightly rate is set off a 4-person per night stay, there is a $25 fee per extra guest, per stay. There are 2 active cameras outside the house for property & guest safety. The cameras view the front door (interactive doorbell) & driveway.
We have a strict no-pet policy. Please do not bring any animals onto the premises. If guests are found to have brought pets in violation of this policy, a $150 pet cleaning fee will be charged, and your booking may be cancelled.

Summary: Overall our stay was great. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us and everything was set when we arrived. The treats were a nice surprise.

Summary: The property was comfortable. It had lot of dead flies ands no Vaccume or dustpan. The owner said he would come by and vacuum but when he was there he sent me an email to let me know he was putting trash cans to the road and he could clean them all out. I didn’t read my email intil the next day but he stopped replying to my messages after that. The downstairs toilet had not been cleaned in a while. Trampoline made it he beautiful back yard look junky with the tall grass and chairs in tall grass under it. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding felt fresh. The kitchen was clean and they left a goody basket. I would stay there again if they would take care of the dead fly situation.

Summary: This property has amazing mountain views! The locations is convenient to the airport and surroundings towns but also offers privacy! The hosts were responsive and helpful. Checking is is easy. We would stay again.

Summary: We chose a new place to stay this summer. It was not the normal beach summer trip. We decided to change it up and find something more serene. My wife found this location on Vrbo and it fit our requirements for space to fit our family of 5. With enough rooms, and what appeared to be a well kept home, we were pleased to see it had an above ground pool and trampoline (something that our 13 year old loved). What we came to was a well kept home for sure. The place is clean and gave all the necessities of home with a few little perks as well. Needless to say, we were more than pleased with the home and the responsiveness of the owner (he was very responsive after booking as well as when we were on site). If you are looking for a peaceful escape that has some necessities like restaurants, coffee shop, groceries and more within a 10 minute drive and be beachside in under 30 minutes, then this is surely a place to stay. Great home, a great welcome, and a great host makes for a wonderful getaway. Thanks Matt!

Summary: This is a beautifully furnished house with a terrific view. My family enjoyed the pool, the restaurants, and even went to the movie theater down the street. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Mansfield Manor. The pictures were perfect examples of the home. Kitchen was nicely stocked with so many staples as well as lots of extras you don’t normally find in a vacation rental. Bathrooms had plenty of clean towels and even had beach towels to use. What a nice little welcome basket we saw when we arrived, such a nice touch. Pool was great. Matt was so easy to reach and responded very quickly to our questions. The only wish I had for the house was an outdoor grill and fire pit. My fault for assuming there was one and brought some meals for outdoor cooking. A couple tweaks to our plans and all was well. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone and if we make our way back up north again, would absolutely stay here again.
