Welcome to @CuteStays! Our stylish dog-friendly home is located in East Austin, a 7-25 minute walk to top restaurants & bars like Central Machine Works, Hi-Sign, De Nada, Koko's & Grizzelda's. Hop a quick Uber to downtown, East 6th or Dirty 6th & return to a peaceful and clean home-away-from-home with a private yard for pups.

This private house with no shared walls or spaces comfortably fits 6 people. It includes an inviting front porch, open-concept living room and kitchen, dreamy outdoor deck with cafe lights, a private grassy, fenced-in yard (with cornhole!), two large bedrooms with a king bed in each, a surprisingly comfortable large queen pull-out bed, 1.5 bathrooms, a washer & dryer, and anything and everything you might need during your stay. We supply luxurious bedding, cooking supplies, hangers, a steamer, iron and ironing board, laundry detergent and more. We've thoughtfully designed every detail from scratch with love.
The house and the private yard are all yours! We do have a small locked closet on the bottom floor we use as our storage area.
There is a private garage that fits a small car - plus there is plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. Our neighborhood is cute and quaint with homes that are either brand new or very old. I assure you that even if some of the homes are old and maybe a bit run down, the people inside of them are not - our neighbors are all very kind and we love to wave at each other when we’re out walking the dogs. (Though 100% we haven’t met everyone yet!) We’re a 7-25 minute walk to some of our favorite restaurants, bars and breweries in town - or a quick Uber/Lyft to the center of downtown, the airport, Townlake Hike & Bike trail, Soco, Zilker Park, UT, and other hot spots in Austin. Whatever it is you're looking for, we can send you in the right direction. Oh, how we love to give a good recommendation... or 20. Speaking of…
Sa-Ten Coffee is a 7-minute walk, Native Grocery, Austin Eastciders Taproom, Friends and Allies Brewing and Austin Bouldering Gym & Yoga are an 8-minute walk, OMG Squee is a 9-minute walk, Medici Roasting is a 12-minute walk, Hi-Sign Brewing and Wanderlust Wine Collective are a 20-minute walk, Grizzelda’s is a 21-minute walk, Central Machine Works, Koko’s Bavarian, Justine’s, De Nada and Sawyer & Co. are a 25-minute walk. The latter few are definitely longer walks so you might just want to pop in an Uber!
The East 6th strip of Austin with 20+ popular bars and restaurants is a 7-minute Uber away. Rainey Street - another popular strip of bars and restos is an 11-minute Uber.
The UT football stadium is a 10-minute Uber, Dirty 6th, downtown Austin and SXSW is an 11-minute Uber, South Congress Strip is a 15-minute Uber, Circuit of the Americas is a 16-minute Uber, Zilker Park/ACL is a 19-minute Uber… depending on traffic. Happy to offer up pro tips during SXSW and ACL dates!

Summary: Melody thought of everything! The house is perfect for 4-6 people, and all the details are taken care of. We came into town for a weekend event with this beautiful little house as our home base. There are many restaurants nearby, so food was easy, and we were close to major roads that had us to our destination in no time. Details like Liquid IV, folding chairs in the garage, "starter beers" in the fridge and snacks were most welcome. We were able to wash our very sweaty clothes in the evening and start fresh the next morning which was clutch. We will definitely stay again!

Summary: We had a great weekend here meeting up with another couple for the ACL concert. The place was decorated great with fun, modern vibes. My only advice would be to bring earplugs. Our neighbors kept us up until after 2 a.m. both nights. The white noise machine in the room did help drown out most of their noise. A great stay that we'd consider coming back!

Summary: We all loved this home! Very comfy and cozy. Great communication from the beginning , not too much , but just to make sure we got in ok. They thought of everything! Normally when we stay in a rental we think, man it would be nice if it had “this”. Well not here, they really had the guests in mind. Great location to everything. We went to Native Grocery several times and visited a few of Melody’s recommendations , all great! Would def stay again! Wish I could uproot the home and take it with me. Ha!
