Summary: Our group stayed at this underwhelming property and it was just good enough to rest in-between our exploration of the city. Beds were fairly comfortable, but the property was poorly maintained with cheap furniture that was in need of repair or replacement. The location was good, but given the cost of the rental, it was extremely overpriced. The nightly rate was already on the high end for a property like this and when we were forced to pay a rebooking fee, due to one of our party landing in the hospital unexpectedly, it ended up being far more than if we were each to have booked our own hotel rooms in the area. Guest Spaces is seems to operate solely for profit and has no concern for hospitality.

Summary: This home was spacious for our family of 9. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants, cafes and food trucks. We drove to parks, Austin library, Austin City Limits studio, Thinkery in Mueller and San Antonio Zoo. Looking forward of going back to Austin. I wish the house had a vacuum cleaner or a broom versus a mop.

Summary: There is a restaurant next door that (for the most part) isn’t a problem, except that one time there was a truck that was there from 4:20-5:00 AM (had a constant grinding/humming sound). Very hard to sleep. On another night, there was a patron parked in front of the gate (so we couldn’t park). Luckily there was a parking spot the restaurant let us use, but it isn’t the best part of town. Not much street lighting and vagrant population is somewhat prominent.

Summary: We stayed here for a cousin's trip and the space was perfect for 10 of us, including 2 children. House was spacious enough to fit all of us comfortably. Location also prime- airport, city, stores, attractions all within 10-15 mins away. Well stocked kitchen and good amenities throughout. Host was responsive to all our concerns and sent someone to troubleshoot immediately. Only suggestion: better housekeeping. Some linens were dirty, bed sheets had stains, some fruit flies in kitchen (probably from previous renters), floor had dust mites. For this reason, giving 4 stars.

Summary: We wanted to be close to where our conference was, but have a safe, comfortable place for significant others and kids to stay. We loved this location. Close to the conference hotel, close to great food, close to river, just beautiful!!!

Summary: A group of friends gathered to visit Austin during the eclipse. The home gave ample space for everyone with 5 bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen. We had a hiccup with a broken bed but the property company dealt with it within hours. There was a noise issue with the delicious restaurant next door but was solved with free cocktails the next day! The location was great for quick access to downtown.
