Summary: From the time I walked in I notified problems. The lights flicked on and off. The bathroom sink had black mold on the side. One of the couches was very nasty and dingy. The other couch was so old and covered in pet hair. The front door has a gap under it which allowed small bugs to come inside. All the furniture was old and needs to be updated. There was no futon like pictured. One of the bed was made from two thin mattress screws to a square piece of cedar block that did come the length of the bed. Plugs in one room looked burnt out. The hot water tank has a big hole which the had a bucket catching the water. Bucket overflowed and caused water to come up from the floor board in the hallway which made me have to put blankets down to catch the water. I had 3 adults in the reservation and only had two towels and rags. No extra towels, blanket or anything else in the house. The house was hot when arrived showing 93 degrees in the house because the air wasn’t on even though a have a notice of arrival time. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here until all issues are need and uodated
