Game On! Welcome to your relaxing, fun, and exciting home away from home, filled with entertainment for the whole family here in Fayetteville, NC. This fully renovated 6-bedroom, 2.5-bath is centrally located to all this city has to offer! It is located 3 minutes from Starbucks & grocery stores, 8 minutes from the mall & other major shopping centers, and 18 minutes from Fort Bragg & our historic downtown. Inside you’ll find a split-level entryway where the "gaming zone" is located downstairs and the "relaxation zone" is located upstairs.
Upstairs you'll find a modern kitchen, dining/living room, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and an outside patio to enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a TV for cooking shows, a coffee/tea bar, and is perfect for whipping up a delicious meal while spending quality time with friends and loved ones. You'll find 6 simply designed bedrooms in the home. The bedrooms upstairs have 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. There is a full-sized washer/dryer and 1.5 bathrooms as well.
Downstairs you will find a half kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bath. The kitchen area is perfect for drinks or prepping food for the grill outside. There is also a popcorn machine to enjoy while playing all of the different games! In the living room you'll find an air hockey table, a retro-arcade gaming system with over 10,000 classics, a foosball table, a croquet set, and all the equipment to enjoy the mini-golf course out back. There are multiple bean bags for when winning games starts to tire you out, or when you're ready to enjoy a show on the large TV. When it's time to call it a night there are 3 bedrooms downstairs, 1 queen bed and 2 bunk beds (twin on top/fulls on the bottom). There is a full bathroom located downstairs as well.
Outside the whole family can enjoy a large enclosed backyard. As dog owners ourselves, we understand the need for a pet friendly vacation rental. The fenced in backyard has lots of room to sniff and play but please pick up after your pup. In the backyard you will also find a grill, a swinging love seat, plenty of patio seating, and our personal favorite; a custom mini-golf course! Driveway parking is available, and we are minutes from major shopping centers, Downtown Fayetteville, and Ft. Bragg (Liberty). This private home will not be shared with anyone other than those in your party so sit back, game on, and enjoy!
While this is a great retreat for families, couples, and groups of friends, please know we have a strict no party policy.

Summary: Nicole is a great host and the house is in a private older neighborhood. The backyard was private and a nice area to grill out. We were there working at Fort Bragg and we will definitely be renting the house for our next project.

Summary: We came to Fayetteville for our daughters’ cheer competition. This was the perfect little spot to kill time with lots of conveniences to everything we needed. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, even some snacks and drinks, including a coffee bar! Our youngest daughter enjoyed playing air hockey, Jenna, and the arcade game system! It was more than enough space for us! Will probably book again for next competition!

Summary: We stayed for a long weekend. There were 12 of us and every bed was used. Sleeping was very comfortable, the ceiling fans were a definite plus. The kitchen and game rooms were fantastic. My only critique would be there was no living room furniture (couch, recliner). The property was very clean. We loved all the "extras" the property owner thought of. We would highly recommend and stay again!

Summary: We were staying in Fayetteville for our daughter's graduation from Methodist. Only glitch in communication was not Nicole's fault, regarding check-in. We were supposed to get instructions at noon the day before, and there was an error with the internet. As soon as I reached out to her, she sent them to me. Home was very cute and comfortable for the entire family, with plenty of space. Had lots of fun with all of the games. Would definitely recommend and we really enjoyed. Nicole was a great host!
