Five Abbey Lane is a surprisingly spacious, cosy, comfortable yet stylish, two-bedroomed cottage, and a perfect home from home.
A dining hall welcomes you to the property, with woodburner and work station. Downstairs there is also a large, comfortable lounge, fully equipped kitchen and downstairs cloakroom. double doors lead from the kitchen to a lovely courtyard garden, a real sun trap! The garden is furnished with table and chairs, barbecue and summer house.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with king-sized beds, and a bathroom with separate bath and shower. The largest bedroom has a 50inch TV, large fitted wardrobes, a feature mirror and plenty of additional storage space. The second bedroom has hanging space and a large chest of drawers.
There is highspeed ethernet and wifi, and a multi room sound system.

Summary: Perfect location for Warwick House, 1min walk, beautiful old house with great attention to detail, had the best nights sleep. Love having the garden to sit outside too. Would definitely stay again. Sally the host was so lovely and great communication.

Summary: I paid for number 5 abbey lane to stay with my bridal party the night before our wedding at Warwick House. The place was easy to find and the host was really helpful when we were struggling to get the door to lock and get the property warmer. I would recommend this for a relaxing stay or for the night before your wedding. The property was fully stocked with tea, coffee, milk and juice and some snacks.

Summary: Excellent communication from host, clean, excellently presented, well stocked fridge and welcome pack. We were attending a wedding at Warwick House which was <5 min walk away, so very convenient location. Also walking distance from local shops/cafes. Parking on street outside the cottage.

Summary: A clean spacious and very comfortable cottage, equipped with everything we needed. The back garden was an unexpected bonus. Location perfect for our needs. Our host was also able to let us stay on later on the day of checkout day, which made our lives a whole lot better due to timing of the next destination.
