Summary: Curtis, the host was amazing. He upgraded the room for us with not extra charge. The place is located near to a Skyline station so you can go to downtown easily.

Summary: We loved the location and the spaciousness of Suite 5. And a special shoutout to Andrew from Suite 1 who helped 2 seniors get their luggage up the stairs! The proximity to Queens Park and the Glendale Ravine walks was a real bonus. As others have mentioned the building is starting to show it's age. That said we would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Communication was great. I appreciated the self check in instructions and hands off approach to my stay, though the hosts were always available if help was needed. Clean suite with everything you need and a safe/ beautiful location close to transit and a variety of restaurants.

Summary: This property was a good location being so close to the Royal Columbia Hospital. As well just moments away from any shopping I needed. The bed was comfortable and definitely enough linens and towels for my stay. I would recommend adding a non slip bathmat for the tub; I slipped the first time and being someone who has just had a hip replacement, it was scary. The water in the shower would fluctuate from just right to scalding hot to freezing cold; showers were a dance between water temperatures. As a guest we were encouraged to put our garbage in the appropriate bins but unfortunately no extra bags were left in the suite once garbage was removed. Lastly, when I turned on a fan many dust bunnies floated across the floor; perhaps a good vaccum under furniture is required.

Summary: Thank you for being so accommodating. I feel like we happened upon heat dome 2.0 and she supplied us with an extra fan as it was quite warm in the suit. Besides the heat, that is not in her control, the place was exactly what I needed.

Summary: Great spot close to shops but far enough out not to have to hear the noise of the city. Easy walk to train station and restaurants. Host was very accommodating. The shower situation is a bit of a game of hot water roulette. Always got but can get very hot suddenly as i guess water lines are shared between units. Otherwise nice stay. No air conditioner but the window fan did the job of keeping the room cool at night
