Negative: A few minor things that need improving/replacing that has been raised to the host. From their response it seems they have taken the comments on board that will only serve the next guests well.
Summary: A nice cosy stay. The price would have been justified if everything was working and a little TLC was given.

Negative: If you want to watch t v, take a laptop for cosy movies in the bottom double bed bunk.

Positive: The shepherds' hut was cute, and the views were amazing. The beds and bathroom were clean, but the work top had crumbs and bits all over it, and the floor needed a hoover. Draws and cupboards looked a bit tired and worn. The garden area also needed weeding as a bit overgrown. Overall, though, we did enjoy our stay and the views and location made up for it.
Negative: It was quite expensive to not be fully clean.

Positive: Lovely little hut located on a small holding with some unbelievable views. The stars at night were unreal. . Bed was comfy and the shower was great. Plenty of parking and only a short ride to town for food and drinks.
Negative: Was a little to close to the road for my liking, though you are cocooned in so no one looking in. We didn't think the bunk bed set up would be an issue but it was for us unfortunately, bed was comfy but felt to enclosed and you lose that space to be able to sit on the bed. The blinds were automatic, but unfortunately, some either not working or missing all together. The kitchen units were difficult to open and appears they were in the middle of installing a little log burner but was not finished. We stayed for just one night, last minute booking as passing through. It's a two berth space really so not sure why the additional bed was added as anymore than two people would be a squeeze especially during the colder months where using the outside space is not an option.

Positive: - modern interior - Really comfortable beds - Everything you need in the Kitchen area -Wifi - Great bathroom - Great customer services and interactions, grateful for the logs. - potential of a wood stove -The potential for the outside area, loved the fire pit.
Negative: - cold/lukewarm water, especially for shower - ill-placed light switches in bed areas - unusable sockets by table ( too close to table) and none in bunk bed areas. - seating area cramped/uncomfortable -blinds missing - No real storage for unpacking - Really Really cold! Heater didn't do anything unfortunately.
Summary: Beautiful wee place with lovely views, but just missing the mark of it's potential.
