Positive: We were so lucky to find this hotel! The owner was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and flexible. The view was breathtaking—you can literally watch the hot air balloons rising with the sunrise. It truly feels like a hidden gem, set in a quiet area with no disturbances at night. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a luxury experience at a reasonable price. The breakfast was also excellent. Since it’s a new hotel, you don’t have to deal with the common issues older hotels often have, like poor showers or worn-out facilities.

Positive: From the moment I pushed the button and chose Cybele, the communication from Nur were first class and it continued throughout the trip. They continually went above and beyond my expectations. I don’t want to ruin the surprise but the rooms and views are amazing and there is a reason they give out 5 ⭐️ Cappadocia is a special place and Nur and her team make it a trip you will remember for a lifetime. Can’t thanks them enough. It was sad leaving but I will definitely return.

Positive: This place in Uçisar has a very calm and inspiring atmosphere. The stone and cave design gives it a real Cappadocia spirit, and you feel it the moment you walk in. In the mornings, having breakfast while watching the balloons float over the valleys was the highlight of my stay. The location is perfect close enough to the center but still quiet and peaceful. What I liked most was the kindness of the staff; they really care about making your stay comfortable. It’s a place that makes you want to return.

Positive: I had been to Cappadocia before and I love its historical texture. I had question marks about the hotel I chose and thought I was taking a risk. I understood that my thoughts were unfounded as soon as I entered the front door. In addition to the beauty of the hotel, I was greeted with such great attention and smiling faces from the manager to the staff. Everything was thought of in the room. It was very enjoyable to watch the balloons in the morning. There were very delicious details at breakfast that I experienced for the first time. Although it was a little hard to leave, I came back with the dream of staying longer next time. Thank you everyone.

Positive: Everything! We loved everything about our stay at Cybele! Even though the hotel is new, it felt so cozy and well-organized. The room was super clean and beautifully designed. The view from the terrace was magical — we watched the hot air balloons in the morning! Mrs. Gülcan ‘s homemade breakfast was one of the best I’ve had — full of local flavors and made with love. The staff were so kind and welcoming, we truly felt at home. We left with warm memories and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for everything!
