Positive: Everything, the service, the food, the views this hotel is the pure definition of perfect. I loved it so much, I would recommend it Def and will definitely be bringing more of my clients to this gorgeous hotel 😍But most of all the people, we were treated like family. And we were invited so warmly, keep up the good work

Positive: Everything was fantastic. Suat the manager made me feel at home and all of his staff are very friendly and helpful. In addition, he helped me to arrange a last minute visit to Goreme open air museum at a reasonable price. The hotel’s location cannot be beaten as it is 1 min away from Uchisar Castle. The food in the restaurant is absolutely wonderful - the chef is a young Turkish woman and everything she makes is great. From the restaurant, you can enjoy the view of Uchisar castle, the surrounding fairy chimneys and the pigeon valley.

Positive: The dining room has a nice view of the Uschisar castle. The breakfast was ok. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The decor of the hotel was nice.
Negative: The hotel advertised that all the bedrooms have a view of the Uschisar castle but our bedroom faced another wall or dining room. You pretty much have to stand by the window and peep through the corner of the window to see the castle. The place looked serene in the photos but they played loud disco music right above our room during the day that caused low humming vibrations in our room. When I asked the staff if they could turn off the music (there was no one on the rooftop), I was told that other guests liked the music. They also staff gave me the wrong information about the cost of a taxi going to the hot air balloon launch site. The next morning, when we wanted to order the taxi, it was more than 8 times as much!! With that price, I could have ordered a hot air balloon photography tour with GetYourGuide so I decided not to get the taxi, which I ultimately regretted because all the other days we were there, the hot air balloon flights were canceled. If the staff don't know, they shouldn't give false information, ruining people's vacation plans. So all my Cappadocia hot air balloon photos look like ants.
