Summary: Very happy with our stay. The 2 bedroom unit has everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Walking distance to the trams/light rail, comes every 8mins. The water pressure at the shower is great. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: I informed the property owner/manager that I would be alone and working during my stay. I was on the top floor with no elevator and he did not offer assistance with my luggage. He knocked on the door separate times and I allowed his entry the first time. When I did not answer the second time because I was working he entered on his own. This led to me feeling unsafe and unsure that I could rely on this not happening at another time. He offered no apology and even charged me for a rice cake that I consumed during my stay that I thought was part of a welcome basket. There was no air conditioning, so windows remained open which made for more noise than otherwise ideal
