Summary: Nadia our host was very helpful and communication easy. The property was clean and spacious and convenient for the sea front and restaurants.

Summary: The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The air conditioning, in particular, was much appreciated with the heat. The extra beach supplies came in handy as well. Nadine greeted is warmly and gave excellent suggestions for dinner and recreation.

Summary: The apartment was quite large and lovely (although we did forget that in Italy 2nd floor means third floor in North American terms so a bit of a hike up for those of us past 65). Unfortunately WE had come down with a flu bug and so weren't able to enjoy the proximity to the beach and the Pescara nightlife. Nadia was extremely quick with answers to any questions that we had. Parking is a bit of a challeng but Nadia was very helpful in that regard too.
