Summary: My husband and I stayed here for the weekend. The place was very nice and the closeness to town was great. We could quickly drive into Dahlonega for meals and shopping. We were also close to lots of scenic outlooks. Would stay here again.

Summary: Great bed and beautiful view!!! We had a great time and highly recommend. Close to downtown and easy to get around. We didn't realize it was a basement apartment which would have helped in finding it. Other than that, highly recommend. The owner was great at communicating as well!

Summary: Eating area has no running water. Had to get (drinking) water from nearby bathroom. The TV remotes (there are 2 of them) need operational instruction manual(s). We could watch only NETFLIX. Nothing local. Room temperature control was by calling owner to raise/lower thermostat. Everything else was very satisfactory.

Summary: We stayed there after attending a nearby wedding. It was nice, clean and peaceful. We appreciate the great communication for check-in, as well as the snacks and water provided.

Summary: Really clean and nice area. Felt very secluded but in reality only a little piece from town. Great place to stay, great place to visit!

Summary: We had an awesome weekend. Home is beautiful and very well kept. Love the green color inside. Decor was awesome. View was the best. Definitely will be back. It’s close to a lot of places we went. Anna Ruby Falls, Crisson Gold mining which is awesome. Definitely enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much, The Hinkles

Summary: The property and the amenities are great for a weekend getaway. It was a great little place with a view and convenient to downtown. The only complaint is that the hideaway couch bed is very uncomfortable and I would definitely not recommend it as being suitable to sleep on especially for an adult. Other than that everything was great!

Summary: We stayed at the property for a Christmas weekend in Dahlonega. The property was nice and the small kitchen area was as described. However, this property is really only for two people (there was 4 of us). The sofa bed was so uncomfortable that we actually pulled the mattress off the sofa bed and slept on the mattress on the tile floor. Also, there was only enough hot water for really one person to shower. I'm unsure if that was because they owners were there that weekend and also showering or the hot water heater is too small, but each morning one of use had aa cold shower. While the host is very responsive to anything we asked, it is inconvenient to have to ask the host to adjust there thermostat because there is not a thermostat in the property. Overall, the property is nice, but we would not stay there again due to it really only accommodates 2 people.
