Positive: We had a very nice stay at this sweet little apartment which is located in the old town. What we liked most is the location and the neighborhood as well as the little outdoor area that serves as a nice dinner and breakfast spot. The kitchen was well equipped. The owner of the place and her daughter are very nice. They helped in case of questions and were very friendly. We can definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a sweet, romantic place to stay in Kalmar.
