Summary: Friendly people at the front desk. Excellent location and hotel. There was a light hanging down from the ceiling in our bathroom, but that was fixed fairly quickly. Breakfast was lovely.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great service. Only downside were the pigeons bathing in the swimming pool, which deterred us from swimming.

Summary: Near the train station. Assisi is a good 30 minutes walk, but very rewarding. I really enjoyed the walk, beautiful scenary. The owners/managers were very helpful and provided good suggestions.
