Positive: The staff were helpful and let us keep our room for an extra 2 hours whilst we waited for an evening flight. They also booked any taxis that we required. Friendly. Restaurant staff very cheerful and helfpul. We didn't use the pool or spa but that was our choice. It was nice to have them available.
Negative: Breakfast - a little more choice would have been nice. A little less sweet items and more savoury choices. Room had a SKY instruction card in the room but we were told that SKY was no longer available. That didn't seem consistent. Some lunchtime snacks available to purchase would be an advantage. There is no nearby supermarket if you have no car - we had a long wait as our flight was not until 2120 so from Breakfast time there was no food available.
Summary: Lovely, peaceful location. Helpful staff. Clean. Stunning views especially from restaurant.

Positive: This was one of the best hotels that I've stayed in, the location is out of this world and the grounds are unreal with bikes available to ride around the area. The restaurant is world class
Negative: Restaurant not open all days, indoor pool at additional cost.
