Positive: The house was very comfortable. I had inquired in advance about specific kitchen implements and Nick responded quickly, so we were able to plan accordingly. A couple of things came up during our stay and, again, Nick responded quickly.
Negative: It wasn’t clear in the property photos, at least to me, that the house is on a main road. The vehicle noise was noticeable but not disruptive.
Summary: Great place to stay in Skipton within easy walking distance to transportation and shops.

Positive: Our 6th time at Dales Edge over the last few years. A great location for a base to explore the dales. The property has everything we need and is always comfortable.
Negative: A little decorative maintenance is required, specifically in the living room.

Positive: The pictures don't lie. Beds very comfortable eveverything you need and very clean, bit noisy on main rd but didn't bother us. Lovely walk down canal only 15 minutes into town centre , where there's lots of bars restaurants shops. Host very helpful with any questions we had. Definitely go back.
Negative: The only problem was the cushions on the couch all cushioned with feathers. Not good for me as allergic unfortunately. But they are all fab and very comfy. Just not for me 😩

Positive: Lovely house, had everything you could need for a short stay. Nice courtyard to enjoy some evening sunshine. Close to the canal to walk into the town centre.
Negative: Unfortunately windows are closed due to some road noise so upstairs can get warm. A minor issue and there are roof fans.
