Summary: If you’re looking for a short trip, this place is fine. The staff is pretty helpful and my check in and out process was quick. Be prepared to pay a fee of $3 at the property plus a $20 deposit. The room itself was okay but it looks very different from the pictures shown when I booked it. I was under the impression I was getting 2 bed room but I ended up with a 1 bed room. I couldn’t find any specifics but it might’ve been a misunderstanding on my end. Do double check what you’re booking! I went with a friend so we ended up fitting in the room just fine. Anyways, the room itself was workable. They provided some hand soap plus towels. There was no hair dryer so bring your own if you don’t air dry your hair. I don’t know if we’re weird for using the mini fridge for drinks but there was a full chicken I found inside upon arrival left behind by the previous guests. Saw some toenails on the ground as well as some burn marks on the furniture. There were also a couple stains on the walls and mold in the shower crevices. I woke up with a few tiny spiders on my pillow but they were easy to swat off. Lastly, upon checkout I saw a cockroach on the floor in the tiny reception area. This was the most I can remember but there were a few other things as well. All in all I know it sounds unhygienic but in all fairness I paid around $60 per night trying to save a bit on somewhere close to downtown where we were only sleeping at. There were no bedbugs and that’s the main takeaway.

Summary: The staff is extremely rude. There are a lot of drug activity on the property and roaches all in the rooms.

Summary: Room i stayed in was clean but the sink and tub could be replace. After dark gets little scary outside. But in all i would stay again if price is right.

Summary: I didn't like the fact that we killed several roaches in our room. That truly makes it unsanitary especially if you have children in the room

Summary: Seedy area, but mostly just people trying to do their own thing. Made the mistake of trusting that the AC would do anything against the poor ventilation and heat. Had to put my faith in the one remaining lock of two (It had been ripped out of the door). Cleanliness was disgusting. Cigarette holes and burns everywhere, butts in the sink, toilet paper stuck to the wall with urine, etc.

Summary: Toilet seat was barely hanging on. Shower had a weird floor to it. The TV had a remote that wouldn’t work because the tv was a Roku and remote definitely wasn’t a Roku. Batteries were fine yet wouldn’t change the channel or volume. Had to physically tune the tv on at the tv. No mini fridge. If you only need a bed to sleep—this is the place and that was all I was in need of.

Summary: Location was unsafe. Lots of random and homeless people hanging out in front. When we request to be moved up front, was declined. We where told to move out if not happy.
