Welcome to our centrally located 3-bedroom home, nestled in the quaint and quiet suburbs north of Dallas – just a 30-minute drive away from the downtown historic district!
At 1,630 square feet, this cozy spot is the perfect getaway for large groups or families with children and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
Inside the house you will find a pleasant open plan living area and 3 modern bedrooms with beautiful furnishings.
The space
As you walk down the hall, you will be greeted with our dazzling living room – beautifully decorated with a cozy area rug and a large seating area for friends and family to enjoy a relaxing evening. Additionally, there are two large 65" and 55" smart TV’s with Netflix and Roku installed to keep everyone entertained. The living room has a sofa and recliner chair.
The bedrooms contain a comfortable 2 King beds , 1 Queen Bed and 1 twin bed with high-quality soft pillows as well as blind out curtains designed to ensure a good night’s sleep.
The house can comfortably sleep 8 guests.
For those who are looking to cook up a storm, be sure your culinary delights will be satisfied using high-quality tools and stainless-steel appliances in our open-concept kitchen. This includes an oven, stove, microwave, cookware, glassware, dinnerware as well as a refreshing coffee bar to start off your day with a warm cup of perfectly brewed tea/coffee.
At days end, take a refreshing shower in one of our 2 sparkling bathrooms – all fully equipped and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Summary: The place was very nice and communication with the hosts was great! They were very accommodating. The house is very minimal with staples, spices, kitchen towels etc but overall it was good and we’d definitely stay there again. Located in a good neighborhood and very close to all our needs! Great hot tub also.

Summary: Our family came to Dallas for a week and really enjoyed our stay in this house. The location was the best part, easy to get to everything. Everything is as described in the listing and the hot tub was a welcome indulgence at the end of the day. Thank you for a great time!

Summary: This was a great house to spend our family Thanksgiving. The house was very comfortable the appliances were all new and worked well. The area was fantastic with lots of stores nearby. The host was responsive and the listing was accurate. I highly recommend it.

Summary: We found the set up of bedrooms to be perfect for our family stay visiting son/grandsons. Host was most generous in purchasing a crockpot(which we used often) when I inquired if there was one available prior to our stay. The ONLY thing not so great was not havig propane tank for gas grill. We grill outdoors often & one of the reasons we chose the home. We actually ended up borrowing a friend's tank instead. Grill was not clean but was easy to correct. Charcoal grill available and used too. Pantry is locked so we used the empty cupboards for storage. Could have used more dryer sheets for laundry too. Home worked well for our needs. Thank you

Summary: We were extremely pleased with our recent stay. The home is clean and well-kept, with everything we needed. For our stay, the location was great, as it was close to other family whom we were visiting, as well as close to lots of restaurants and services, including The Legacy area. Breakfast at the Sunview Cafe nearby is a must! The check-in process was great, and the owner communication was wonderful. Thank you!

Summary: While the primary reason for our trip was a golf tournament at PGA Frisco, we were never more than 30 miles from attractions such AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, and the Dallas Zoo to name a few. The area was also a very quiet location to get much needed rest as well. If my travels bring me back, I will definitely be looking to book here.

Summary: Anil and the property were fantastic. The location is in a great place, you don’t have to travel more than a mile to fine great food and activities. The property itself is well maintained and the check in process was seamless. Anil checked in multiple times to make sure everything was up to par and remained available should we need anything. Can’t go wrong with this property!
