Positive: The house is very nice and comfortable. We liked the location and the pool more than anything.
Negative: The only bad thing was that the TV in the living room had no signal and two of the ping pong paddles were broken so we couldn't play in pairs, only two against two. Otherwise everything was fine.

Positive: Location was awesome! Not very far from grocery stores, eateries, activities and other places to explore! The backyard pool and ping pong table was awesome! Quiet safe neighborhood!
Negative: One of the biggest downfalls of this property is in the middle of our trip a handyman came to install a new dish washer. After speaking with the property manager, we decided to run around town, leaving the handyman to do his business. After returning back, the gentleman was gone, but our door was unlocked. We let it slide for the moment being, about 30 minutes he showed back up with a new dishwasher, and then informed us we would be shutting all of the power off to the house. He shut the power off for 1 hour and 30 minutes. It was over 100 degrees outside. After his installation was completed we returned to our normal routine. It was frustrating. There seemed to be small bugs crawling around the house, not a concerning amount, but definitely noticeable. There was only one TV in the whole house, which is located in the den. The den seemed to be a different temperature then the rest of the house. I’m typically not one to complain to a property manager because I try to avoid confrontation, but after voicing my concern about the repair job that was done during our stay, all that was said was “thank you.” No apology. It was very very frustrating. I understand that things need to be done in the home, but it definitely put a damper on our day.
