One of the two ground-floor bedrooms can be set up as a twin bedroom or zip-and-linked to make a super king-size bed and the other is a single room, but has a single fold away bed to convert into a twin. The Estate also offers an ideal base for exploring the Cairngorms National Park. With a choice of 55 Munros (four of which are the highest mountains in the UK) for beginner and experienced hill walker to conquer. Kayakers and Canoeists will enjoy exploring the challenging network of rivers (instructor led beginner sessions can be arranged).
If you prefer to enjoy the wild highland scenery from the comfort of your car, you’ll love the breath taking 90-mile Snowroads stretch. The route, starting in the nearby market town of Blairgowrie, takes you past the Dalnaglar Estate and up through the East Cairngorms to the Highland town of Grantown-on-Spey.
