Positive: Pool was great- it was out of the sun but it was very refreshing. Great staff: they were very helpful and accomodating, and great housekeeping. Bedrooms and ensuites were all great sizes: perfect for our group of 6, plenty of space. Living spaces and kitchen were great. Free breakfast was great. Beds very comfy and large. Great airport transfer. Quiet area, we were not disturbed during our stay. Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby.
Negative: The small deck area by the pool was a bit outdated. Only 1 key to the villa was somewhat difficult for our group.
Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa and it was exactly as pictured. Perfect for a group.

Positive: We were in Villa 01 which was right at the front so it was easily accessible. Loved the private driveway and lobby area away from the main road, with security so it gave us a peace of mind. The hotel is right across the road from the mart so late night snacks were only a few steps away. The location was very central! Away from the bad traffic but close enough for a 4 min bike ride to the main social street. Easily accessible, and easily caught 5 scooters everyday. The villa itself was great. We loved the enclosed lounge area. It was a 3 bedroom villa so it was VERY spacious. Each room having their own space so it’s perfect for a decent sized group. There were some wear and tears here and there, but none of which got in the way of enjoying the villa. The beds were comfortable as well. The breakfast every morning was lovely! We looked forward to it, trying something different each morning and it was all amazing! The staff were beautiful. From the receptionists to the breakfast staff, the securities and the cleaning staff. Very friendly all around!
Negative: Upstairs felt a little dreary. We only used downstairs space as it was too big upstairs, but despite it being clean, the wear and tear of the humidity in the walls, really made the upstairs rooms feel dreary. There’s also some minor water damage around the pool. But that’s me nit picking to find something wrong.

Negative: The villa is tired, but they are currently working to update the premises as fast as they can as covid hit them. The Art on the walls needs to be relaxed (horrible) easily can be done with natural Balinese style things. Like large palm Leaves etc… just plain and neutral. First world issue! We moved villas as the first was not acceptable, but they were open to help us, and apologetic, and the smaller Second one (that I thought I had originally paid for) was fine. The pool Was great. Garden good - faced east so all the morning sun and cooler afternoon … The place very clean. Bed comfortable, pillows good. BUT No hot water - but we didn’t mind. It’s hot weather, so was just a little bit funny really… The staff are juggling the situation of the villas well, the owners need to do a Condition report on each villa - inside and out and sort it before the tropical Weather does harm. We paid a very reasonable rate - so all in all it was ok. But I would have left and moved to another place if the second villa was like the first.

Negative: No aircon in villa 22, the swimming pools didnt have good lighting at night. Rusty finishings on the showers and mirrors.
