Positive: The location of the apartment is comfortable. Despite of the building's exterior and interior not good appearance (shown on the attached pictures), the apartment itself looks quite decent.

Negative: There are some small things, which spoiled the impression. There were no explanations for using special electronic chip for opening the entrance door and using of the elevator usage. There were also missing explanations for using Wi-Fi and water heater inside the apartment. There was absence of the number of necessary sings, normally provided by hosts, like soap, shampoo, washing machine capsules, clothes hangers, some kitchen accessories like, cutting boards, food spatula, or vine bottle opener. I have asked the host to provide one. The host promised to bring the vine bottle opener next day morning but did not bring it . Thus, I bought one myself and did not asked for anything more missing things. Unfortunately, the listed above small flaws, spoils the impression. I hope that the host will take in to account the comments above to make the stay of the future duest more pleasant.
