Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at Dar Bilal in Ait Ben Haddou. The guest house is full of charm and made for a very comfortable stay. Our hist Mohamed was very welcoming and made us feel at home straight away. The location is great for visiting and exploring Ait Ben Haddou and the surrounding area, yet located in a quiet and calm environment. A lovely place to stay — we would definitely recommend it.

Positive: Incredible decoration. The food was amazing. Mohammed gave us a really nice 3 course dinner for a very good price, and a plentiful breakfast the following morning. The room was comfortable, with good pillows, covers and AC/HC. Thought is 10 minute drive from Ait Benhaddou, the value is worth it if you want to say close to the Ksar. It is in a very small village, but there are signals to help you get there from the road.

Positive: Stunning place, lots of places to relax. Incredible views from the terrace. Rooms are practical & comfortable. Lovely breakfast The staff are very welcoming & sweet They offer dinner upon request & athough we didnt use this option I wish we had because the restaurants in the main town near Ait Ben haddou leave much to be desired

Negative: Located in a stunning setting, in a very small village of its own - primarily residential although there are a couple of places to stay or to eat. Unfortunately when we tried to have a wander round in the daytime we were stopped/ followed/ harassed by a number of different local men. We felt unwelcome & that perhaps we were intruding in a very local area so we quickly turned back
