Positive: The location is convenient for the zigzag road. There are a few decent restaurants in the direct vicinity of the hotel (so you don't have to eat there). Breakfast was one of the better ones we've had in Morooco.

Negative: We don't understand the high ratings of this place. It is reminiscent of faded glory and has a very impersonal atmosphere. Reception was cold and staff uninterested (in fact, they didn't seem to care we were there at all).... Our least favorite stay in Morocco - by far!

Positive: The location of the hotel was good. The view of the terrace was great. It was both close to Monkey Fingers and Dades Gorges so it will be easy to visit those attraction points.

Negative: The staff's attitude at the begining was not good. I told them that the room was not like the one I have seen on booking images for hotel, the staff told me that I could leave if I want. I told him that I have already made reservation many days ago and I have already made payment. I told that I have made reservation through booking. Then their attitude has changed in a way to compensate what they had said before. They have requested to serve for dinner, fruits etc. The point is this deosnt seem to be honest and sincere approach. In the morning, I have requested for omlette and other breakfest food that are missing. Everything was served by request. They need to consider how their attitute to their geusts.
