Positive: Every single member of staff were incredibly hospitable, friendly, attentive, and helpful. Breakfast each morning was a delight and suitably fuelled us up for our day ahead. The pool at the top was glorious after a hot day, and the entire properly was immaculate - the staff kept it very clean at all times. We had a wonderful sleep each night with the air con keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. The features of the hotel are beautiful and despite being a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the markets, the riad was surprisingly tranquil! When we come back we are definitely staying here and will be highly recommending to friends and family for any future vacations.
Negative: We didn’t dislike anything about it! Zero issues!
Summary: Best decision we made on our trip was staying here.

Positive: Very nice and helpful staff with Ahmed being outstanding! Very welcoming, smiling and always happy to help us with everything from booking taxis to giving us general tips. Breakfast was Excellent and plentiful and the rooms were cleaned and attended to with motherly care. The location is excellent with most things in the old town a short walk away, but at the same time hidden away in a calm back street where we could take a quiet break with freshly squeezed orange juice and a refreshing sunbath in contrast to the lively streets of Marrakech.
