Positive: One of the most beautiful, clean, and welcoming accommodations I’ve ever experienced. The place looks exactly like the photos—if not even better—and always smells amazing. Daily cleaning is a big plus and truly appreciated. The location is perfect: right in the city center, surrounded by terraces and restaurants, and very close to the souk. The staff is exceptional—especially Abderrazaq, who was incredibly helpful, always asking about our day and constantly being there for anything we needed. He is truly an amazing person and made our days better. The ladies there were also very kind and helpful. They even prepared breakfast early for us when we had a trip, and the owner personally checked in to make sure everything was perfect. Breakfast was varied and very filling. I rarely write reviews, but this place truly deserves a perfect score.
Negative: I liked everything.
Summary: Everything perfect.

Positive: This is a lovely Riad however very disappointed with the check in process.
Negative: The check in process took way too long. We sat in reception for 45-50 minutes. We were told it is a police “law” to fill in paperwork before we could enter our rooms. The detailed questions were absolutely unnecessary. This has NEVER happened before anywhere in Morocco or Europe.
