Positive: I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described and even better! The space was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished with all the essentials and little touches that made it really comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was perfect for preparing meals during my stay. The location was very convenient — close to public transportation and shops. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. Looking forward to booking again on my next visit!
Negative: One thing to note is that the check-in time is limited to 4 PM to 8 PM. If you plan to arrive later than that, there is an additional fee for late check-in. While this was clearly communicated ahead of time, it’s something to keep in mind when planning your arrival.

Positive: The apartment is supper clean and comfortable. It is located in a very calm neighbourhood within the walking distance to the tram stop, which takes you to the city centre. The host Dario is a super friendly, attentive, and helpful person.He recommended the best places to eat and was always ready to answer the questions quickly. I enjoyed my one night stay in Scandicci Thank you.

Positive: The attention to detail, very clean and all mod cons addressed. Comfortable. Close to the tram for city centre (about 15 mins)
Negative: Nothing really, as pretty much all good. Scandicci doesn't have lots going on in the evening as mostly a residential area, but there are a few good restaurants and takeaways.

Positive: The apartment was really well equipped, clean and comfortable. It is located near the Tram that takes you to the city center (in around 20 minutes). The host has explained us everything clearly and give us some recommendations as well.
Negative: Everything was ok, i have no claims

Positive: The flat is very nice, spacious and very bright :-) and looks like recently renovated. All windows were fitted with mosquito nets. If you don't like to stay in the crowded city centre of Florence or want avoid to search for parking: this is your accommodation. The tram is close to the flat (a short walk), also supermarkets and restaurants, bakery shop are in the neighbourhood. It is a quiet neighbourhood and parking is included.
Negative: Indirect light would make the living spaces even cosier; but that is already asking a lot.
Summary: A quiet and comfortable accommodation with good transport connections outside Florence.
