Deluxe Chalet Evian is part of our Residence Jochberg. A luxury accommodation located a 5-minutes drive from the centre of Jochberg and the Kitzbühel Bergbahn Cable Cars. The luxurious chalet offers stunning views of the valley and towards the GrossGlockner, the village Jochberg and Kitzbühel and is built on highest standards with only natural and sustainable appliances. It features a full wooden wellness floor, several TVs, a well-equipped kitchen made from oak wood, a living room with an open fireplace in addition to a tiled stove. Guests can use a garden with a terrace with outdoor furniture and a ski storage room. Free private parking is possible on site.

Summary: Great property and nice owners/managers Love the area and the house is nice. The group before us had done loads of damage and left a mess, which the team worked really hard to address. Couple of things I wish we’d known: There are four “apartments” in the building (I had thought two) This is the largest, and at 5 bedrooms we needed two parking spots- but that means parking can be a challenge (we had to park on the road twice) and there’s noise from others. The pool and fitness suite is on a reservation app, and first come first served - so if you arrive after others they may have all the most desirable times booked. Management tried to help us with this, but it was a hassle.
