Positive: The house is very comfortable and spacious. Its a very quiet neighborhood but super close to the main road where you can find anything you need which is great.
Negative: We stayed 4 nights and... First of all we only chose that house because it said ´pets allowed´ then a day before they say ´any pet except cats´, which is the pet we have. We were charged extra $221 to heat up the pool. Then after 4 hours drive the key code provided was wrong and we had to wait on the phone until someone fixed it. The house is spacious but lacks cleaning. Vent grills are very dusty, there was a dead lizard on the stairs carpet, the garage has a pool table and an air hockey table that are impossible to play ( pool table was warped and the air hokey table was sticky.) The house has some broken blinds in the living room and in the master bedroom. Washer and Dryer don´t work properly. Host limited AC temperature to 72 degrees, couldn´t go below that. The last day on check out day a guy showed up at 9 am staring at us as were loading the car. He said he was a supervisor. I´ve never seem this kind of stuff in any of the places i´ve stayed before. The price was pumped up for new years but they saved lots of money on cleaning and maintenance.
