Positive: Close to Miami Beach Oistins Fish Fry is 20 minutes walk
Negative: A/C is an additional charge to use that I wasn’t expecting a separate fee for air conditioning.
Summary: David is a nice person. He needs a deep cleaning of his rental unit. I made due with the space I was allotted.

Positive: David is a very friendly guy, we felt very homy and could act very independent. He didn´t blame us at all when we lost the first key-card for our appartment. We would stay here again, if we came to Barbados in some years.
