Positive: A discrete, personal and perfectly located ground floor studio with a broad patio and pretty garden area. We were really well cared for by Stefano and his wife, who went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect.
Negative: it’s not grand, nor is it spacious. but that’s not what you’re buying.
Summary: A ideal self-catered bolt hole in the best part of the island.

Positive: The apartment is within a walking distance to a water sports spot (kite, wind). There's a nice beach bar nearby. The area is calm with very little traffic while not too far from the nearby town of Oistins and the Airport. There was plenty space for parking our car. The apartment was just the right size for a week stay. The bed was comfortable, kitchen sufficiently equipped. The fan on the ceiling was quiet and effective. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. He offered tips on local activities and was reachable throughout the duration of the stay. He demonstrated a lot of flexibility in terms of check out (not only two days later due to canceled flight but also late in the day).
Negative: It was a challenge to keep moskitos out. Maybe tightening the mesh in the door could help. The fridge was a bit loud at night.

Positive: Location is ideal if you are a surfer, kite surfer etc. But definitely not for swimming.
Negative: Rather isolating location on my own, would have been better with company. Would have felt safer with my own transport. Microwave would have helped.
