Summary: For the small town of Sebastian, this was a great option to stay. Really nice front desk. Rooms were spacious enough with a living and sleeping area. Everything was clean and well kept. Couldn't figure the televisions out, but didn't really care. I am sure a call to the front desk would have solved that.had a handful of dining and bar options. Overall, this property is modest, but well.done. Would stay again without question.

Summary: Cute little place in a great walkable area. Stayed over the weekend and would definitely go back. Great restaurants and bars nearby.

Summary: Our stays at the Davis Inn never disappoint. It’s always exceptionally clean, very quiet & relaxing. Located close enough to walk to many things. Kyle is always available & super helpful.

Summary: It was like your own apartment, well equipped room with a kitchenette, table to eat at, sofa (futon) and bed, bath & nice closet area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice area close to water, quiet. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet little getaway!

Summary: The property is very well located, walking distance to the best restaurants of the area. View of the sunrise from the hotel private dock is great. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Summary: We thought the property was really nice and quaint. It was very clean. It was within walking distance to some restaurants as well. Squid Lips has amazing food. We had no issues with anything.

Summary: Perfect spot on the Indian river, places to sit in the shade up on the deck with the tiki bar and down by the water. A great place to watch the birds and pelicans come and go on their dock. The owners are super nice! I can’t wait to go back!
