Beautiful remodeled townhome with 2 private courtyards on sought after Davis Islands. Walkable to so many locations: 5 minute walk to the quaint Davis Islands downtown with multiple restaurants and bars, 15 minute walk to downtown Tampa, 20 min walk to Amalie Arena home of the Tampa Bay Lightning as well as numerous concerts and events, 15 min walk to the Tampa Convention Center and a 5 min walk to scenic Bayshore Blvd. This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Two bedrooms have queen beds and one with twin beds. There are two outdoor courtyards, outdoor dining table and gas grill. Summary: Very nice little vacation spot close to downtown Tampa. Very quick drive in to town. We spent most of our time out. Very comfy furniture and beds and a nice kitchen. Host was very nice and very understanding. We didn’t really use the patio due to mess and time constraints. Overall great for a two day stay.

Summary: The property was perfect for our stay! It was clean, comfortably appointed and located very close to the Tampa Convention Center (less than 5 min drive). It had all the amenities (for kitchen, bath, Wi-Fi, private courtyards) that one might need for a short or even longer stay. The pictures are a very accurate depiction of the property and parking is right in front of the unit. If ever in the area again, Davis Island Townhome is at the top of our list. Thank you John for making this little gem available.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at the property. The unit was very clean with all the necessary amenities. The property is centrally located to diwntii oh we Tampa and within walking distance to downtown Davis Island. We already tried to book a return trip at the property in 2023 but our dates were already booked.

Summary: We attended a wedding in Tampa with the reception at Davis Island Garden Club. The home was a 2 minute walk just around the corner! It was very clean and well-equipped.

Summary: We needed a place to stay while family member was in ICU. This location could not have been better! Short 5 minute walk. Having a clean, nicely decorated place with amenities beyond what a hotel would offer was great. Helped relieve some stress during a difficult time.
