Positive: It was very cozy and away from Waco. Much better than a hotel. We were there for my son’s track meet. It was nice to not be in a hotel. Very quiet and peaceful.
Negative: It was very rural. But it was near the town of Lenora and groceries were nearby.
Summary: Peaceful, rural and quiet. Cozy and comfortable. Great place for a couple to get away and be alone.

Positive: The location was perfect for the eclipse viewing. The kids love seeing the cattle. We had a great time.
Negative: During the heavy rain after the eclipse, there was a little water puddle in front of the air conditioner in the living room.

Positive: My friends and I loved the outside area with the fire pit, seats, and string lights; it was very peaceful outside. We appreciated the little details that were provided like the skewers for smores, the collection of movies, and the bundles of blankets.

Negative: the shower could have been better regarding water pressure and the water clogging also toilet stopped working but fixed right away! loved the property but too far from Campus and getting back and forth
