Summary: We purposely booked a stay as it was great last year. This time there was no shampoo or body wash, the a/c/ heat unit was terribly loud and the bed was very uncomfortable because it was so low in the middle, made it extremely difficult for a couple to sleep without rolling into each other

Summary: First night had to change rooms 3 times, one filthy and 2nd no heat and then finally 3rd room by 11pm.

Summary: Felt like they are stuck in time trying to update the building as cheap as possible unfortunately, price is all right, but I should paid a little more for a better hotel

Summary: The front desk person was not eager to help us. We were charged extra for needing a wheelchair accessible room. Then to be able to get to the room my husband had to shovel 50 feet of sidewalk and that was just to get us to the nexf wheelchair accessible level. The breakfast room is up 8 steps and not at all accessible that we could find, as reception seemed ambivalent to helping us.

Summary: The property is old needs renovations desperately. The shower ceiling was falling down , all the casing and door frames are broken and needing repair. They appeared to have painted over what was a kicked in door. The pop machines were out of order and the pillows and bedding were old and smelly. Not worth $100 a night at all. The only saving grace was the check in girl was very nice. Our first room had no heat and she at least found us a room with heat
