Summary: We arrived late and had to check our self into the room. There was no front desk staff. Housekeeping came knocking on our door. Bright and early.

Summary: Check in was very good. Room very clean. Breakfast not acceptable. We were there at 8:00 am, very little left. Asked for yoguart(none), Was told that they had a very busy morning. Really need to improve on quality, and supply.

Summary: When we arrived we found a box of chicken wings in the fridge freezer in our room, not sure how long they had been there. The bathroom was somewhat clean but the sink would not drain very well. The TV did not work and the manager tried 4 different remotes before he finally was able to get it going. The breakfast was horrible. No coffee as the machine was broken. They had a Keurig but no pods. The coffee machine in the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned ever! There was no butter and the bagels were old and stale. Would not recommend staying here!

Summary: I wasn’t in a smoking unit but smelled cigarette outside the door. Garbage outside the hotel. Desk clerk and breakfast lady Sunday was a little snappy and didn’t have full breakfast ready. Waffle machine didn’t work, ice machine broken. No water in rooms for guests. Also housekeeping did not show up Saturday so our rooms were not attended too. Gentleman at desk Friday at check in and Saturday was very nice and accommodating. Young man on Saturday in breakfast room was very nice and helped out.
