Summary: The lady that checked us in was very nice. That was great start. Then we went to our room. I felt so deceived by the photos on the site. Everything was dingy and cleaning wasn’t great. That were two dead bugs in our room and a live centipede worm thing. My daughter refused to swim in the pool. The halls smelled like pot, so much for no smoking. The elevators and corners everywhere were dirty. If they just stepped up their vacuuming, it would have made so much difference.

Summary: Carpets DIRTY, Smelled old and musty! No food in the morning. Showing its age and needs a complete overhaul! Cheap is not always best!

Summary: No hot breakfast. Staff worked hard, but were clearly understaffed. Hot tub was intermittently working on and off with jets. Back door was left open and did not close on its own.

Summary: We enjoyed the kindness of staff, the clean and well laid-out room and the jacuzzi AND sauna. We would have liked coffee in the room (or at least on our floor) or at least more than one small carafe of coffee at the breakfast. Breakfast was also VERY minimal and all only cold options. But lots of economic breakfast options around the hotel and we stayed for the price and the jacuzzi which this place serves above expectations.

Summary: The hotel has been rennovatex and was clean. Beds we ok, nothing special. Rooms were clean. Pool was dated but clean. Warning on their breakfast though. All they have is toast, bagels,cereal, and yogurts. No hot options.
