Summary: We have a leak coming from the ceiling in several spot on room 226( 2 spots on top of the bed where we put the trash can to capture the water, the bathroom also gave several leaks from the ceiling and on top of the microwave) me and my husband have to squeeze in to one of the beds. We found out in the morning that it was coming from the room 326 and when we went down for breakfast it was leaking all the way down where the breakfast is served so it was all transferred to a drier area. This is the reason for a low score on our review cause it was inconvenient esp that it happened while we were sleeping.

Summary: Our door wouldn’t lock. You could open it without the keycard. Thankfully there was a deadbolt and the other latch type of lock. The lamp shade was missing and the TV didn’t work. Would not stay here again.

Summary: Work trip stayed several days at this hotel. It’s quiet, breakfast is good for hotel breakfast one stay the internet didn’t work upstairs in my room. I just came downstairs to work. They are repairing rooms, or were when I was there last. Overall it was a good stay.

Summary: I emailed the property about an out-of-character HOLD on my account used for payment. The HOLD remains on my account and (apparently) this is a NEW practice under the new management structure recently implemented to my chagrin. I have stayed nearly 100 times at this property since February 13, 2025, and haven't had a HOLD put and KEPT on my account for more than a year. It is unseemely and annoying and very customer-unfriendly. Specifically, hotels have a right to maintain a HOLD for "sundries and other expenses". This means the guest checks out late, causes damage to the room or is otherwise negligent or wanton in creating a reason to CHARGE extra. I understand this. All guests understand this policy. However, this property and her sister property have new management: greedy, customer-unfocused and willing to do anything to make an honest guest uncomfortable. I have endured two unfortunate experiences at this property, yet returned even after a special offer wasn't made to me. 90% of my reviews have been excellent and all have been HONEST. This hotel is cognizant of my character, decency and financial worthiness. Unfortunately, this hotel is CHOOSING to make me wait like "unknown guests" by keeping a 100 dollar HOLD on my account DAYS after I have departed....choosing to blame irresponsibly my Bank or credit card company for the delay! I don't believe it and readers of this review should not fall for that feint! Are you listening DAYS INN ENGLEWOOD!!!!!!

Summary: The air conditioner was too noisy. The bathtub had problem as water couln't pass through the hole ik the tub. I requested to change the room but the receptionist said no double bed room was available on that right.

Summary: The room was great and bed was very comfortable. One minor inconvenience was the light/outlet between the 2 beds didn't work. But plenty of other outlets and lights.

Summary: Building and property is decent. We stay here two or three times a year. Hotel is clean breakfast is good. Last visit the hall smelled of weed badly. I feel this hotel may be going downhill?
