Summary: Excellent location to Hershey Park, grandchildren were excited to look out the window and see the roller loops from our room. One of the best breakfast buffets I have had a hotel. The breakfast attendant was very attentive to keep all of the food replenished and to keep the area clean.

Summary: During check-in the staff was rude and dismissive, I reminded the desk about our accommodation request to be as close to the lobby as possible. I was told no rooms were located on the first floor and handed keys. We expected to be right off the elevator, but were the next to last room the furthest from the elevator. The reason for the request was due to my husband being in a surgical boot and my leg not working due to a stroke a few months ago. When we entered the room there was no night stand, lamp or plugs on one side. Instead there was a counter with a sink, microwave and tiny fridge that was not completely accessible because of the bed. There was a couch so why not push the bed over. The windows were disgusting, years of filth and broken plastic planters in the window box. The noice from the hall was loud and we could hear our neighbors. The floors in the common area were dirty, the elevator carpet was filthy, and the building smelled. There was also a lot of noice from the street, we could hear people yelling. Very disappointing.

Summary: We stayed here overnight in between a 2-day visit to Hersheypark. Nice amenities and comfortable bed gave us just what we needed after a long day at the park to refresh and refuel for our second day.

Summary: It’s an amazing location within just eight minutes drive from Hershey Park. Halls in the hotel smell like chocolate. They have a pool and offer breakfast in the morning. Also, I wish they offered more cooked items than just waffles. It still works for a quick two nights stay. Staff is friendly. Unfortunately it was quite loud early in the morning because of so many people staying there with young kids and were making a lot of noise super early in the morning so it may not be a great choice for those would like to sleep in.

Summary: This hotel was the perfect location for our trip to Hershey Park. The staff was incredibly friendly. The Breakfast was just enough to get our day going. We will definitely be staying again during our next visit.

Summary: Front desk lady was rude, bed was ok but not the best. They had people who werent even guests washing clothes. They took up every washer and dryer for hours. It was also dirty in there. Close to all the shops and restaurants.
