Summary: The pool/hot tub area was not great. The chemicals in the hot tub made my bathing suit smell bad even after getting home and washing it 4-5 times, it still smells of the hot tub/pool water. Bed was supposed to be a queen size, but was smaller more of a double size.

Summary: This hotel is close toany things including a beautiful waterfall and suspension bridge. Great location when staying in Quebec and visiting Quebec City as well. The continental breakfast was good, what you expect for a breakfast with options. The downsides - the beds were very uncomfortable. Very hard and uncomfortable. One night, not so bad , but after 5 nights the old back was sore and achy. The pool - was very dirty. The walls of the inside of the pool were very dirty and the hot tub... Was murky. So murky we didn't get in it. Disappointing. It looked nice. The halls were very dirty and not cleaned for days either. We were upstairs and the carpets were pretty gross. Nothing a quick vacuum couldn't fix. Overall - it was worth the price we paid but we wouldn't stay again. Mostly because of the beds and the pool/hot tub.

Summary: Front desk staff very helpful and professional. Ample parking and delicious morning coffee with scrambled eggs, sausage etc. The furnishings though in good condition are very old and perhaps Wyndham has started renovations as no carpet in the rooms. Close to the Hwy. As well as in walking distance to Levi’s suspension bridge. Thank you to the front desk clerk who recommended we see it.

Summary: Everything was good excellent service by Alexander and Jeremy. We were a group of 15 people and they accommodate us in their best way. Breakfast was good for been included on the price

Summary: Rooms were good, hotel was fine, but the spa water was green, the pool water was 6” below the skimmer intake (so no skimming) and the sauna was dirty AND the timer made it so the sauna wouldn’t get hot enough for long enough to kill the inevitable bacteria that would love to be in that moist damp space.
