Summary: They did not present a complimentary breakfast according to the booking and posting in the lobby. I asked “why” and the desk said management didn’t bring it. This should result in a refund. False advertising.

Summary: The good: the interior of the room was clean and modern, daily room service, close to WalMart. The bad: my checkin was supposed to be pay at property but hotel charged my card before arrival. I was travelling for a non profit with a hotel tax exemption but hotel refused to deduct taxes from rate. I reserved a room with 2 beds but was given a room with a single bed. Breakfast was a paper bag with an apple, small sunny d and a granola bar.

Summary: Dresser drawer was wedged shut with key card holders folded. After placing clothes in drawers, folded paper fell and drawers would not stay closed. Easy adjustment to balance the dresser back would fix the issue. Not wedging it closed with folded paper. Bathroom walls/baseboard were gross.
