Summary: Loved the water park but stairs to slide rusting out so could use done maintenance before becoming a safety issue.

Summary: We stayed at 6 different hotels on this trip and this was one of our favorites! The room was spacious and had a ton of storage. The staff was very friendly. The pool was amazing and my kids LOVED the water slide! The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the metal staircase leading to the water slide is in serious need of replacement! Rusted out in several places (actual holes in the metal) and several sharp, rusty pieces. If my kids were not up to date on their tetanus shots I would not have allowed them to use it.

Summary: For the price for both nights we stayed was nice. The waterslide was really fun and pool was a nice size but a little chilly. Hot tub was nice and warm. Did notice that the ceiling in the pool room was falling apart. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices and coffee machine in the lobby was really good. Juice machine was making the drinks water down. Did like the new patio furniture that you just put up after we stayed for the first night on our way out to the Black Hills! Overall I enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again!

Summary: This hotel is extremely dated and dirty. The room was just clean enough to stay since we were just needing to sleep before continuing on our journey. The pool is absolutely disgusting — dirty water and rusty, unsafe stairs. There's no elevator so we had to lug all our suitcases upstairs. If you find yourself in Mitchell, avoid this property.

Summary: The sheets on the bed smelled like pee, the room smelled musty upon entering in room 114 the other room 112 blanket smelled of smoke and carpet and beds felt damp. The juice and coffee at breakfast were watered down yuck.

Summary: The hotel isn't new. So, the room had some flaws such as a TV screen with spots and a fridge that buzzed somewhat loudly when the cooler kicked in, but the beds and chairs were comfortable, the breakfast was good, the bath functioned (didn't try the shower) and the pool was outstanding!!! Truly, the pool makes the stay great! But everything else was good enough. Polite staff.
