Summary: Very friendly staff, good safe location. BBQ restaurant next door. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Summary: Check in went very smooth. Owner/Manager was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and exactly what I needed while visiting Ottumwa for a family reunion.

Summary: I was happy with my stay there. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had a tip about staying on the south side as there is a vet on the other side and it can be noisy in the morning when they let the dogs out. I got that and had no problems Room was clean and everything functioned as it should. The only complaint I had was the breakfast or should I say lack of. There was some bread, instant porridge, and a couple of different kinds of cereal and that was it. Never had breakfast there because of that

Summary: The parking lot was horrible. Ice covered. Very chunky ice and it was everywhere. Thats the only complaint i have. Front Desk guy was a delight. Really enjoyed him.
