Summary: When handling luggage, it is difficult getting through the entrance doors. Both sets of doors need to be pulled open requiring you to set down your bags to move through both sets.

Summary: Key cards do not work for outdoor. Constantly had to get them changed out. Room had a constant urine smell

Summary: The stay was fine. The electrical outlets were very loose. Everyone of them including the bathroom. Strange. I told tha manager.

Summary: Room 227. The bed was clean and comfortable. Room was clean. Bathtub drain is clogged and fills with water when showering. Other guests staying there appear to be regulars and some are sitting on the curb outside smoking cigarettes just outside the backdoor. I don’t recommend for families.

Summary: Overall it was an ok stay with my family of 5. Checking in was painless. We had issues with our key cards being deactivated. Linens were not replaced as advertised in room so keep that in mind and call the front desk if you need new towels or wash cloths provided. There is no refrigerator in room and we kinda expected that there would be a mini fridge. Bring a cooler if you are planning on bringing your own food.There is a shared microwave near a vending machine.

Summary: The breakfast was very poor. Powdered sugar doughnuts and granola bars are not breakfast items. They are empty calories. There was no orange juice or hot water for tea. Very disappointing. The room was fine.
